xWave ("we", "us", or "our") operates the xWave mobile application (the "App"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
When you create an account and use the App, we may collect:
We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the App, create and manage your account, provide and improve features, respond to your requests and support inquiries, and ensure security and prevent misuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (for example, analytics or cloud hosting) only as needed to operate the App, and with authorities where required by law.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your associated personal data is removed as described in the "Deleting your data" section.
You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the App. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account information, uploaded photos and files, and associated data from our systems. If you need help, contact us at contact@thexwave.com. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
